CSA Engineering systems are used in mission critical applications aboard the space shuttle, numerous satellites and space launch vehicles, defense missles, unmanned aerial vehicles and other aerospace platforms and programs.

Technology & Applications Corporation (ITAC), a privately-held engineering and products company that provides ISR and communications solutions to support the global war on terror and homeland security. ITAC develops cutting-edge capabilities for warfighters that facilitate access to and use of near-real time geospatial and communications intelligence information.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Rockwell Collins acquired all outstanding shares of ITAC in a cash transaction worth $38 million.
