Many corporations need assistance in raising capital through private placement of senior or subordinated debt and/or equity. We assist management in determining the type of debt, the amount of the placement, the placement cost and the potential purchasers of the debt placement. The majority of our completed private placements have been in connection with purchase transactions.

PB&W also assists management in evaluating the type of equity needed, the cost of raising such equity, the size of the equity placement and the potential purchasers of the equity. PB&W will contact potential private placement investors and assist clients in pricing and deal-structure negotiations. PB&W will recommend the appropriate capital structure and create a competitive environment among potential underwriters in order to maximize the terms and conditions of a placement.
